  • 9.  NUCLEAR ENERGY IS NONRENEWABLE BECAUSE URANIUM IS MINED FROM THE GROUND AND CAN NOT BE CREATED IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. WE SHOULD BE MORE CAREFUL BECAUSE WE COULD RUN OUT OF URANIUM. WHY IS NUCLEAR ENERGY BAD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT. IT IS BAD FOT THE ENVIRONMENT BECAUSE IT MAKES RADIOACTIVE WASTE, IT ALSO POLUTES THE AIR. ALSO IF PEOPLE BREATH IN THIS POLUTION THEY WILL GET RADIOACTIVE POISONING.
  • 10.  Nuclear energy creates the most amount of pollution out of each energy source known to humans. There are different types of radiation but the type that we are talking about is nuclear radiation, nuclear radiation can cause cancer in humans that could be in the form of a fatal tumour. Fun facts. One teaspoon of nuclear waste can cause a tumour that causes cancer. Nuclear energy can be used for weaponry such as the atom bomb. The atom bomb uses nuclear radiation in the form of a bomb. It is known as a nuclear weapon and is considered to be the most destructive weapon in history.
