  • 8. Cardiovascular Endurance The ability for the heart to pump blood to the body to deliver oxygen.
  • 9. Flexibility The ability of a joint to move through a wide range of motion.
  • 10. Body Composition • The proportion of body fat to the whole mass of a person.
