15. Question No 12. What is the main role of a healthy diet?
B. Conclusions
The questionnaire conducted at the beeginning of the project showed a high level of students’ knowledge on a
healthy lifestyle. The results of the final questionnaire showed the change of student’s eating habits and sports activity. In the students’ daily menus appeared a lot a lot of vegetables, fruit and cereal products.
The numer of students who thought that fizzy drinks, crisps, fast food were healthy lowered about of 20%. The frequency of eating such food is lower then in the beginning. About 10% of the students, more then in the beginning, don’t eat at all or only once the week those unhealthy products. Unfortunatelly, the research shows that the procent of students who drink fizzy and sweet drinks didn’t change They drink them very often. The daily menu is better, the understanding of the importance of eating breakfast appeared. Less children go to school without breakfast, and 87,7 think their breakfast is’ tasty and healthy. The student eat less but more often during the day.The breaks between the meals are proper, and the awareness of eating their last meal before going to bed is proper too. (more than 16,2% than at the beginning of the research). The

B. Wnioski
Wynika to z upodobań rodziców, którzy sami je zakupują. Poprawie uległ rozkład posiłków w ciągu dnia. Wzrosło zrozumienie wagi porannego posiłku. Mniej dzieci wychodzi rano z domu bez śniadania, a 87,7% dzieci uważa swoje śniadania za smaczne i zdrowe. Dzieci jedzą mniej i częściej niż rzadko i więcej.
