  • 5. 2011 CHC Budget Results <ul><li>Overall - $400 million increase in Appropriations </li></ul><ul><li>Reduced base appropriations to $1.59 billion from $2.19 billion </li></ul><ul><li>Health Center Trust Fund - $1.0 billion for FY ‘12 </li></ul><ul><li>Total Funding $2.6 billion for FY ‘12 </li></ul><ul><ul><li>$600 million taken from Trust Fund to sure up existing appropriations ($2.19 billion) </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>$250 million used for ARRA Funded Health Centers </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>FTCA, Across the board cuts and Supplemental funding to Cooperative Agreements </li></ul></ul><ul><li>About $60-92 million available for growth in FY ‘11 </li></ul>
  • 6. Health Reform – Funding Growth Chart <ul><li>36% of total Trust Fund Pot (3.6B) has been allocated </li></ul><ul><li>Does not include $1.5B for capital projects </li></ul>
