Eating the right way is not about restricting yourself with various nutrition philosophies, dieting to size
zero, or depriving yourself to eat even your favorite foods. Rather it’s more on how you feel good about
yourself, having enough energy to do your routines and other activities, and keeping yourself away from
sickness.

At the beginning it can be hard, but it is just a matter of learning the basic nutrition, and applying them
on your everyday life. If you will learn to incorporate these nutritional foods on your diet everyday, you
will realize that you can enjoy good healthy eating habits, and at the same time enjoy good life. Here are
some tips on how to do it:

    1. Simplify your goal. Make your goal reachable. Plan for a healthy diet which is attainable for
       you. Don’t make drastic shift and avoid eating foods all at once. Simplify your meal plan. Think
       of your food in terms of their freshness, color and varieties rather than of calculating their calorie
       content.

        You can include preparing dishes which you really love and slowly add some fresh vegetable or
        fruits. It may be hard in the start, but once you get used to, you will realize that you are doing a
        lot favor for yourself for eating more sumptuous and healthier foods.

    2. Plan meals with moderation. Many are mistaken by the theory that Healthy Food Planning
       means depriving yourself with the foods you love. It is not the case, healthy eating means
       consuming everything in moderate quantities. Know the sources of carbohydrates, proteins, fats,
       minerals and vitamins, and distribute them in your diet.

        With knowledge of the various food groups, you will have idea of what you are actually
        consuming. It will also give you a background about their effects on your body, if you take them
        in excess or in less or in moderation. You can also stick to small frequent meals than eating
        volume of quantities just twice a day.

    3. Consider how you treat your food. Eating properly also means how you value your food. Eating
       habits is the pattern that you do everyday. Learn to adapt new ways of taking Health Foods and
       Healthy Food Diet . It is better that you eat with others rather than alone. Chew your food
       slowly and discover the pleasure of eating. Develop your sensitivity with your body. Determine
       the real time when you are hungry by drinking water. Don’t skip breakfast and stop taking foods
