  • 24. It has already helped me assist borrowers with questions about the Internet and the resources the Library is offering.

  • 26. I looked at the whole process as a dare - if the rest of the staff could do this, so could I as a representative of the over-60 crowd!

  • 28. The most eye-opening part of Learning 2.0 for me has been the variety of ways that people can engage with each other socially online.
