        • a place where system librarian will focus to build the main architecture for the library 2.0 application
        • a de’facto practice for any oragnisation to have in order to evolved hybrid and competitiveness

      • Do all libraries have this environment
        • Nope, this is because the management fail to this as an asset for the library to evolve.
        • As a result, many internet applications (especially from the open source industry) out beat library system, such as Google, Amazon and Facebook.
        • Plus, that is why we keep hearing Internet can replace the library anytime and anywhere

        • Information Professions (incline to the IT industry & knowledge)
        • A mixture of youngsters and expert developers. This is because surveys shown youngsters spend more time on the internet
        • Dedicated profession that have passion in development and not project execution or delegation.
        • Openess to development cultural – “radical programmers” which means not sticking to on development cultural

        • Depends on the team project initiatives & fundamental
        • Creativity hacking (or management) is needed here
        • All developments does not need to be success. Failure in development is a key success to a development phase.
