Hazman ponders if Libraries should invest heavily in a development environment to evolve on par with the other industry. Is it worth? Should libraries take this path, rather than just depend on the institution's IT support?

These are the questions should we ponders everyday?

There is not right or wrong answer to this statement ... It is just a ponder for research to evolve and many solutions to it.
