  • Allie, #1, When you are emailing someone - you do not say "I was unable to reach you by phone again." Unless you are trying to make someone mad. If that is the case you have succeeded. #2 As you may recall,I stressed to you how important it was that I receive the 4 tonners on Wednesday. You told me that was not a problem, even taking the time to call your shipping department to confirm. You told me that you personally would make sure that they shipped and follow up on the order. #3, I was very impressed by you and your customer service skills. Then even followed up with a sales pitch. I felt safe that you promised me I would have it Wednesday. #4, When I called you Wednesday afternoon when it had not arrived you chose not to answer or return my email. By 7pm I was panicked. I had not received the product and NEEDED to make good on my promise to my client, as they had moved up the deadline for me to deliver to them Thursday morning. That is where you came into the picture. You promised me next day delivery on the 4 laser toners. I took you as a representative of HP at your word. You did not follow up as promised. I could have had them overnighted by Amazon, Not had a problem with them, they always have kept their promise. #5, Because of your lack of care, not following up as you said you were going to. Even having a phone call when it did not ship to call me and telling me there was a problem. It would have helped me to find an alternate resource or bid it out. #6, At 7 San Antonio time, I could not reach you. I had no choice but to take it to Kinkos. 100 books, 100 pages (3 months of time to create) 1000 color copies at .39 each total of $390.00. Plus 4 hours of my time. Plus the many hours of trying to reach someone that could help me. I was transferred many many times from the Philippines to the US to Canada. Have spent the majority of today trying to reach someone that would understand what I have been through because Allie did not follow up as promised. #7, If I treated by my customers like you have treated me, I would be out of business. I am now out $390.00, because of Allie and HP. Our country was built with ethics as and a pure heart. Your word was your bond. Fiscal responsibility was the rule. You knew that honesty was the best policy and a strong work ethic was essential. #8, The quote that you gave me was for normal pricing. I had already been offered $349.00 for a deal by HP. I have been told that this is the sale price, normal price is $699.00 Please note Amazon's pricing for the same printer and ink cartridges. So I can get a better price, free shipping with Amazon Prime, than the deal I could receive directly from HP. Which would you purchase. #9, I am out $390.00 because of Allie's lack of customer service and follow up. I would like the printer that Allie mentioned to me. It is not fair or very good customer service, to leave a client hanging. Please contact me so this can be resolved before it goes any further. Allie by the way, I own//run take care of my business. When you call I may not answer again, if I am with a client or employee. I believe in customer service. I do what I need to keep a promise. I am interested in the HP Officejet Pro X576 Multifunction Printer and extra ink cartridges. I do believe that this would be a fair leap of faith and appreciation from HP.
