Going Quackers: Tale of an Unlikely Librarian by Daisy Mae Duck - Presentation Transcript

    1. Going Quackers: Tale of an Unlikely Librarian By Daisy Mae Duck
    2. The first thing I remember was seeing Miss Mary Ann and Audrey one spring morning. They found me just after I hatched among the daisies next to the steps that led to the Everyone’s Public Library.
    3. I grew up in the library. I followed Miss Mary Ann and the other librarians everywhere. I loved the library. It was so quiet. There were books everywhere and the people of Everyone’s Town liked to stop by and borrow a book to take home.
    4. My favorite visitors were the children. Ms. Audrey the children’s librarian would give them a polite shhh! if they became too noisy. I love the sound of pages ruffling in a book.
