  2. 2. contracts<br />There are two different type of contract, the first is confidentiality and the second is exclusivity.<br />Confidentiality – are contracts entered into by two or more parties which some of or all of the parties agree that certain type of information that pass from one party to the other that the information will remain confidential.<br />Exclusivity – is a contract in which one party grants another sole rights with regards to a precise business function. <br />
  3. 3. Employment legislation <br />health and safety – employees have legal obligation to make sure you work in a safe and healthy workplace. You have rights to stop or leave your work area, without being disciplined. To tell your employers about your health and safety concerns you have, etc. <br />Employment opportunities – everyone is treated the same no matter what colour, race, political, religious belief. <br />
  4. 4. Employees rights <br />There are special rules about employment if you are a young person or a child. <br />You have rights by law and that you cannot change your contracts.<br />
  5. 5. Ethical codes<br />The industry can film effectively, efficiently and flexible in London. <br />Filming in a location or in a business within London is minimized. <br />The of the crew should work and act responsible when working at all time. <br />
  6. 6. Legal <br />The race relations ACT 1976 was founded by the parliament of United Kingdom to prevent discrimination on the grounds of race. <br />
