    Notes on slide 1

Thanks for joining us today. Welcome to the Business Track Panel Discussion - Exploring Best Practices for Business. My name is Kim Lange. I am a project manager at Schipul - The Web Marketing Company and I will be your panel moderator. Just to give you a little back ground, I have been with Schipul for three years and I am the account manager for the Houston Zoo. And I did have a chance to help the Schipul team with the Reliant Park web site launch.
