  • The environment in AIESEC is so challenging. AIESEC is like a small non-profit company.I feel like that’s the place I’m looking for
  • I’m lacking skills and knowledge as you image that the first time you work for a company and you don’t know anything. I meet some differences – that help me to be more open-minded. I’m working for TM (HR)
  • Example: My first work is writing email and do feedback form -> I had to write email and sent to my manager 3 times to get feedback from her, but unluckily, the last email I sent to all the members of AIESEC HCMC had some mistakes. I felt so bad, but it is the lesson helping me to improve myself
