  • 2. Introduction
        • Nowadays, people lack discipline when it comes to proper waste disposal. Most of them tend to throw away their garbage at any place without considering whether what they do is right.
        • There are different ways on how to properly dispose one’s wastes. But no matter how many ways, if the individual lacks the will to properly get rid of the trashes, then pollution is inevitable.
        • That is why our group came up with a proposal that will not only convince the people to observe proper waste disposal, but will also help them earn and realize the benefits that one could get from garbage.
  • 3. Objectives
    • To lessen the waste pollution in the community.
    • To be able to provide jobs.
    • To teach the citizens proper waste management.
    • To increase the community’s earnings.
    • To improve the community’s agricultural status.
  • 4. Elaboration
    • Inside the community, the officials will choose two places-these places will be the sites wherein the garbage and the trash will be stored.
    • In site A, the non-biodegradable kind of wastes will be stored. This site will not only be the storehouse for these type of garbage, but also, this site will serve as a factory, a factory for the recycled products.
    • In this factory, the workers would be the unemployed members of the society. They will be making products from the trashes, and the products that they will be able to make will be sold. The profit from the said products will be divided equally. Fifty percent of the income will be given to the workers as their salaries, while the other half is for the community. It will add to their funds for the projects that they plan to implement.
  • 5.
    • As for site B, the biodegradable kind of wastes will be stored there and turned into fertilizers. The said fertilizers will either be sold and the profit will then be given to the officials for them to use as funds. Or, the fertilizers would be donated to the schools, and the schools will use them in planting fruits and vegetables. Through this, the students will also gain experience in gardening.
    • The fruits and the vegetables that the school will harvest will then be used in cooking meals, while the excesses will be sent to the market and will be sold there. Through this, the prices will be lower and the citizens would be able to save money.
