  • 2.  DEFINITION- This plaster is a textured plaster done in two layers in panels with grooves as per pattern with different type of stone chipping 10 mm. nominal size. Min thickness is 30mm.  COMPOSITION – ( 1 cement : 0.5 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping (10 MM nominal size. ) Stones- Dholpur & Kotastone.  TYPES OF GRIT PLASTER- types chips. Depend upon of stone  PROPERTIES     MOISTURE RESISTANCE - High DURABILITY - High durability TERMITE RESISTANT - Good ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS- Good FINISHING RESULTS - Good Textured Finish
  • 3.  APPLICATIONSPROCEDURE OF APPLICATION 1st LAYER- 12 mm cement plaster in 1: 4 Ratio.  2nd LAYER- 1:0.5: 2 ( 1 cement : 0.5 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping (10 MM nominal size. ) Stones- Dholpur & Kotastone.  USES ARCHITECTURAL- Exterior finish of buildings. Residential, Commercial building, Intuitional buildings  NON-ARCHITECTURAL-Landscape Elements Like feature wall boundary wall, Pathways.  BEST SUITED FOR- Public Buildings.
  • 4.  RATES   Grit Plaster Groove -270 RS./ sqm. -20.50Rs/Run m.  ADVANTAGES- Requires Low maintenance. acoustical absorption  DISADVANTAGES- It cant be use in interior because of texture finish.
  • 5.  DEFINITION- Brickwork is masonry produced by a bricklayer, using bricks tile and mortar. Residential, Commercial building, Intuitional buildings.  NON-ARCHITECTURAL-Landscape Elements Like feature wall boundary wall, Pathways.  BEST SUITED FOR- Public Buildings plain areas. 40 in 230 57.5
