G02 CCLM|LRTV PJSC shall invite chosen Companies and Entities to participate G03 CCLM|LRTV PJSC Shall approve the Choice of companies & entities show interest to participate G04 CCLM|LRTV PJSC accept new participant having an active existing presence and legal registration as per the rules of the country through their own offices or through active agent and representative. G05 CCLM|LRTV PJSC don’t charge any subscription fees at this time , but in the future a yearly membership fees shall be applicable to each category. G06 CCLM|LRTV PJSC shall negotiate the Business fees with the participant project by project. G07 CCLM|LRTV PJSC are in permanent negotiating process with international underwriters insurance & re-insurance companies to tailor new insurance policy to fit the property and real estate development concept and to cover the project for a period of 50 years. G08 CCLM|LRTV PJSC is not in any sort of exclusivity with Companies and Entities participated. All participants shall maintain their own personality and the choice to participate or not in any of the project’s (CCLM) DECLARE. (Unless otherwise agreed) G09 CCLM|LRTV PJSC may not invite participants to particular projects if previous project was awarded too , as result they are not are not protected with(CCLM) insurance. Therefore, companies have no projects have the priority. (Unless otherwise agreed). G10 CCLM|LRTV PJSC automatically shall cover the participants by The “CCLM UNDERWRITE INSURANCE” but Limited to the projects managed by (CCLM) G11 PARTICIPANTS have the full choice for none participating in any project managed by CCLM|LRTV PJSC but they cannot under any meaning entering in negotiation parallel with the same client for the same project. At that time Participant are not under the insurance protection and cannot benefit from CCLM|LRTV PJSC insurance conditions. (Unless otherwise agreed ) G12 CCLM|LRTV PJSC may not invite companies to participate in a particular project; therefore, companies are not protecting with insurance. (Unless otherwise agreed). G13 CCLM|LRTV PJSC shall respect awarding projects to participants by order of; Date of participation, Type of activity, Prequalification, if Having No projects
