The whole idea behind theproject was to learn more about France and get an experience incooking to see if I enjoyed this in my future career field. I havedecided against this because I found a different interest I would liketo pursue in.
FACILITATORI chose Mrs. Carnes as mine because of the amount of training shehas had in the cooking field but it was also a learning experience forher because of the types of foods we were cooking. It made theproject more interesting to work with!
