The hair is very much dependent on these vitamins because without them, the hair cannot survive.

  5. 5. 3. Vitamin E and Niacin: This helps in the circulation of fluid in the scalp.
  6. 6. 4. Biotin: This is also known as Vitamin H, which isnecessary for the production of keratin. It helps in the darkening of the hair and also in its rapid growth.

There are people who do not likeeating vegetables and unknown to them, they are denyingtheir body of the essential nutrients. Vitamins for hair canalso be in supplements and tablets; and they can be found in any clinic store worldwide.
