  • Prashant Sagar, Scrum Master, Aconex, @Vignesh I disagree with your point that Agile suits best for projects with frequently changing requirements. I think you have missed out on the key values(manifesto) of agile development. Its about how you develop software and not dependent on what you are developing or if the requirements are fixed day 1 or not.
    The other point your mentioned about comparison in numbers is an arguable point as well. The awareness in the software industry about the benefits of agile development have been fairly recent. I have seen NO organization yet which has moved from traditional waterfall developments to agile and has not benefitted.
