  • Healthy lifestyle is a basis to long and healthy life!
  • Main things you can do to stay healthy:
  • 1. Have active lifestyle: • be in the habit of doing morning dozen; • swim in a pool; • go to the gym to do exercise and dancing; • play winter sport;
  • • go for a walk; • do cold trainings; • run in a park; • take hydroterapeutic procedure; • blaze yoga.
  • 2. Eat healthy food: • eat fruits and vegetables; • eat foods rich of vitamins; • drink highquality water;
  • • Don’t eat fast-food; • Don’t eat ‘in motion’; • Don’t eat spoiled foods; • Don’t eat much food.
  • 3. Turn down of unhealthy habit: smoking, alcohol, overeating, long slumber.
  • 4. Keep a day regimen: • full slumber (nothing less than 7-9 hours); • regular and healthy eating; • have time for a work and rest; • go for a walk every day.
  • 5. Watch over your health: • keep rules of personal hygiene; • in time visit doctors; • take only washed foods.
  • 6. To be happy every day!!!
