Ready smile : Someone has a ready smile. It means that, you have to always present a pleasant and smiling appearance
Eye Contact : Eye contact is one of the most common non-verbal clues we have. Eye contact says a lot about who you are. Making eye contact throughout the interview shows the employer that you have I. Confidence II. Focus
Readiness in any situation : It means you should be ready in a any situation and should act fast according to the circumstances at that point of time.
DIFFERENT TYPES OF SKIN :
i. Normal skin
ii. Dry skin
iii. Oily skin
iv. Combination skin
Normal Skin Normal skin has an even tone, soft, a smooth texture, no visible pores or blemishes, and no greasy patches or flaky areas.
Dry skin : It feels tight, flaky, scaly and may develop cracks.
Oily skin : Oily skin is generally characterised by a thicker texture, dilated pores, and a dull, oily, shiny appearance.
Combination skin : They could look flaky and dull or rough. In the T-zone, your skin will appear shiny, feel greasy and you will break out in pimples and blackheads.
METHOD TO IDENTIFY TYPES OF SKINS : Cleanse your skin with a cleanser meant for normal skin Use a toner on your skin Blot the skin dry with a soft flannel cloth. Now, examine your skin closely.
How does your skin look and feel?
Does it feel elastic? That is, it does not pull when you smile, frown, sneeze, etc. You have no acne and your skin is not sensitive.
Skin type: You have healthy/ Normal skin.
Continuation :- Do you feel a certain tightness and a lack of stretchiness in your skin? Does your skin look powdery, flaky and lack shine?
Skin type: You have Dry skin.
You notice an oily sheen on the skin.
Skin type: You have Oily skin.
You notice a zone of persistent redness, broken capillaries and you are generally sensitive to skin products.
Skin type: You have a condition called Acne, which basically means that you have pimples on your face.

MY SKIN TYPE IS OILY : Home remedies for Oily skin Make a paste of 2 tbsp of wheat flour using as much water as needed. Apply on your face in an upward motion. Leave to dry. Then, wash with cool water and pat dry. This helps remove excess oil from your skin.
Mix two teaspoons of raw milk, around the same quantity of cucumber juice and few drops of lemon. With a cotton ball, apply the solution on your face and leave to dry. Then, wash with water and pat dry.
Home Remedies : Soak two to three teaspoons of fenugreek seeds overnight. Grind into a paste, then rub on your face. Once it dries, wash with cool water. The granular effect helps remove blackheads. Fenugreek also helps remove excess oil from your skin. The excess paste can be stored in the refrigerator but should be used within a week.

Home Remedies For Dry Skin : i. Mash a banana and apply it to your face and neck. Leave as long as convenient and then rinse with cool water ii. Have an aloe Vera plant? Harvest a leaf and extract the juice for a spa inspired facial. iii. Mash avocado with a half teaspoon of olive oil for a double hydrating mask. Leave on for as long as convenient; rinse with cool water
Home Remedies For Combination Skin :
For oily areas of your face Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth and mix it with 1 tsp rose water. Apply this pack and leave it on for 10 minutes. Wash it off with water.
Take 1 tsp of milk cream and mix it with 2 tsp of chickpea powder and 1 tsp of honey. Apply this paste to the dry area of your face. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it with water
Clean your face with a mild cleanser two times a day
6 Steps For Best Shave : Step 1: Wash face thoroughly. Step 2: The hot towel is a must to open pores, relax muscles, etc. Step 3:I prefer the Edge gel for a good shave, work the gel around on your face . Step : 4: A fresh blade is a must, change them once a week. Step 5 : No super techniques , just hit all the compound curves a couple of times from different directions. Step 6: Follow up with a good wash, and a dab of after shave gel.
6 Steps to clearer Skin :
i. Drink lots of purified water.

Normal Hair : This is the most ideal hair. It is shining, well balanced and does not dry out. To maintain this ideal condition a well balanced diet and proper care is essential.
Dry Hair : Dry hair is due to inactive oil glands. It is also caused by other factors like over exposure to the sun, using harsh shampoo and chemical treatment
Oily Hair : This is due to the over secretion of oil. Hence the scalp and hair gets too oily. It looks greasy even after shampooing and and attracts more dirt.
My Hair type is Normal : i. Application of cucumber puree for 15 minutes before washing will provide shine and heaviness to the hair
ii. Periodically washing the hair with white vinegar gives a health look to the hair
Hair Care :
i. Drinking one cup of lettuce and spinach juice in combination is highly beneficial.
ii. Soak one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds overnight, next morning grind the seeds and apply on the hair, rinse the hair with water after one hour and shampoo next day. It will make the hair glow
Home remedies for dry hair :
i. Mix the juice of two lemons in a bowl of water and apply this on your scalp and hair. Gently massage your scalp with your fingertips. After about and hour wash your hair with normal cold water.
ii. mayonnaise is prepared by mixing vinegar, lime juice and eggs, and applied on the scalp.
Home remedies for Oily Hair :
Soak your hair in small basin full of water with about a quarter cup of cider vinegar. Wash your hair with warm water after 5 minutes
You can also rinse your hair in some diluted tea. Tea contains tannic acid which cuts the oil.
Alcoholic beverages have a drying effect on hair. Mix a shot-glass full of your choice of alcohol, preferably beer, into 2 cups of water and rinse your hair with the mix

Exercises that I do : I do some warm-up & stretching exercises .I go for jogging every morning .I do Push ups and pull up 4 times a week in 12 – 10 – 8 reps per set doing about 4 sets each. I also do some minor abdomen exercises .

How do you prepare to present yourself as a professional in an interview ? I will dress accordingly to impress my interviewers I will study about the workplace where i am attending the interviewers I will be there 30min before the interviewing time I will continue to stay in eye contact with my interviewer
