  • The entire emphasis is on building relationship with the customer. The customer should be given an environment which is different from routine, refreshing, relaxing and gives them the much needed break. The shop is designed to give a new customer an opportunity to explore the world of freshly brewed dark coffee and to make them to appreciate the taste of real coffee.
  • The work environment should be really fun lest nobody feels like being in a boring environ for eight hours a day years together. We always select the people who have a passion for coffee or have the ability to develop it in future.
  • STAR BUCKS EVEN THOUGH HAS BECOME A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY IT IS RUN LIKE A SMALL COMPANY WHICH ENSURES EVERYBODY IS LISTENED AND EVERYBODY IS INVOLVED. BUT THE ENTIRE FOCUS IS ON VALUE BASED RUNNING OF DAY TO DAY AFFAIRS.
