Organization Fact • Creative Commons Thailand Network – cc.in.th | CCThailand Google Group – 11 committees, including 1 head (Mr. Pichai) and 1 coordinator (Mr. Chitpong) – A dozen of regular volunteers – Members drawn from variety of sectors: IT, law, academics, NGOs, businesses, and individuals.

What’s Good • Active and able leader – Mr. Pichai from Dharmniti Law Office • People’s Networking leads everything – Each member is expert in his/her field, and willing to contribute actively. – Each member has a network of his/her own, hence able to utilize and leverage network capability. • A full-time coordinator make things go together with solid plan and strategies

What’s Not So Good • Financial sustainability – We live on yearly grant from Thai Health Promotion Foundation, who basically wish to see its clients able to generate and sustain income from their “seed” money. – So how to generate sustainable income that does not only depend on grant?
