    4. 4. Predisposition toward Relevance A navigation device for helping pilots steer ocean-going ships through Puget Sound's waterways safely into port under difficult Northwest weather conditions. Larry Wear & Charles Bryan Human-computer interaction design innovations for making blind people’s lives easier. Kristen Shinohara & Josh Tenenberg Student leaders of UWT’s Grey Hat Group assembled a panel of experts and raised $10K to put on a 2-day computer security conference that educated people about ways to protect themselves from identity theft.
