" Beethoven Frieze "- a series of paintings by Austrian artist Gustav Klimt,dedicated to the composer Ludwig van Beethoven. Paintings ,made in theform of architectural frieze , were shown for the first time as a part of"Association of Artists Vienna Secession" XIV exhibition in 1902.The theme of the frieze is based on Richard Wagners interpretation of the9th Symphony by Ludwig van Beethoven.
