    2. Executive Summary
      • Global Service Company is a sales and service company dedicated to the needs of cemeteries’ and funeral homes across the Nation. Our customer base is made up various clients of all sizes. Some of which are self sustained small companies in little towns and others are large organizations made up of many locations throughout a region.
      • We appear small, to the average investor, but we cover roughly 30 states and are looking to expand to all 48 within the next 5 years. The steady growth of our company has been through word of mouth. We are seeing an increasing need for our services in the Western and Midwestern states such as California, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. We see growth in these states happening this year just from current referrals and business calls.
      • Currently our core business has been in the general service maintenance and in manufacture refurbishment. In the refurbishment part of our business we will disassemble and repair the equipment and shine it till it looks like new. This step is something our current competitors do not offer.
      • Our competition is located with in Alabama and we all operate within the same states. None of which advertise other than telemarketing for business. We feel our business reputation has granted us the ability to grow into a multimillion dollar service company in the next few years. With the addition of several corporate sponsors on our web site and general advertising dollars from our site we see growing more than 25% in 5 years which achieves our goal of multi-million dollar Service Company.
    3. Operations
      • We are a click and mortar business. We developed our business from the ground up and are now adding a web site to aid in services offered to our customers.
      • Due to maintaining a low overhead initially the site will be managed by me.
      • With the use of barcodes and scanning technology our customers will be able to track and see the progress of their repair.
      • This also allows us to update data on parts and other shop needs as they arise.
      • With the current operation and the addition of the web site we are looking for an increase of 5% in overall revenue for the next 5 years.
      • Through the operation briefly described above one can see where the addition of web site and its various abilities where sales and services will prosper.

    4. Business Description
      • We service company providing new and used parts for funeral home and cemeteries
      • We offer equipment repair for all OEM designed equipment and offer new OEM parts or remanufactured Global parts for a reduced cost.
      • We also offer our customers used parts that have been inspected by our in house shop and repaired to OEM quality prior to sell or installation
      • If we see a problem and the machine has to come to the shop Global services will allow you to use one of our used machines at no cost to you, while your machine is in the shop.
      • You can purchase a machine refurbished machine at a cost savings of more than 50%.
      • We offer our customers the comfort of having our in certified technicians totally repair and refurbish their equipment.
    5. Marketing Plan
      • Global Service Company was built on word of mouth advertising
      • We feel our one stop approach to various suppliers and OEM’s to be a marketing proposition like no other helping us to get our name in to locations not seen in the past.
      • We feel it is important to treat a new customer as good and do as good of a job as I would my most loyal customers.
      • We offer several advantages that our competitors do not and the is a single point of contact, that person can generally answer all calls and help fix most any problem the customer has.
      • We offer a self services tracking system on our site that allows the customer a chance to see when his equipment is due to ship.
      • We add a since of ownership to the customers problems and help find a resolution whether that be through repair or instruction provided at little to no extra cost to the customer
