  • I’d like to talk more specifically about the services we provide to healthcare businesses
  • Outsourcing is pervasive; it’s very popular in healthcare. Here are some of the reasons businesses in general outsource. So they can focus on their core competencies. So they can avoid investments in non-core activities. So they can save money or enhance revenue. And so they can improve quality – which I put into the category or reducing risk. There are a myriad of ways Outsourcing can free up your precious capital and critical staff resources so that you can focus on activities that are core to your facility, such as providing excellent clinical and patient care So, if it’s such a great idea, then the question is not whether to outsource (at least some of) your non-core back office activities. Rather, the question is “How” to outsource them.
  • I’d like to talk more specifically about the services we provide to healthcare businesses
  • With our customers and for our services, we apply the OODA-Loop
