Approach to recruitment (I) <ul><li>Constant communication </li></ul><ul><li>A dedicated Consultant will liaise with you regularly throughout the assignment, keeping you fully apprised of our progress. </li></ul><ul><li>Access to an exhaustive range of sourcing solutions </li></ul><ul><li>Our Consultants have access to a wide variety of sourcing tools, including TalenStream’s online data base, external resume base, advertising online, networking and referrals, professional networks, head hunting. </li></ul><ul><li>Consistency of interviewing method </li></ul><ul><li>Our interview strategy is based on a rigorous, comprehensive methodology which aims to explore the 3 components that anticipate the long-term success between a company and a future employee: skill base and motivation, individual style and values, and cultural fit. </li></ul>

Approach to recruitment (II) <ul><li>We investigate the following elements : </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Skill base and motivation – using Competency-based Face-to-Face Interviews, we will examine the candidate’s background, expertise, achievements, and motivations in order to find out whether he/ she would qualify for the role; </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Individual style and values – using Life Style Inventory™, an instrument developed by Human Synergistics Inc., we will examine the candidate’s personal values and beliefs so as to decide whether he/ she would match the hiring manager’s values and work style; </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Cultural fit – using Organizational Cultural Index™, an instrument developed by Human Synergistics Inc., we will examine the customs and habits, values and behaviours that characterize the client organization in order to assess the candidate’s cultural fit. </li></ul></ul>

The recruitment process <ul><li>TalentStream’s recruitment model consists of an innovative combination of psychometric instruments developed by Human Synergistics and the competency based interviewing technique. Stages include: </li></ul><ul><li>Exploring the scope of the open position(s), understanding the role and the responsibilities, the key competencies, observable behaviors that reflect the success of the future job holder. </li></ul><ul><li>Applying the Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI) in order to understand the personal values and leadership style of the Hiring Manager. </li></ul><ul><li>Generating candidates, phone-screening, interviewing, applying the LSI and delivering the short-list . </li></ul><ul><li>Conducting debrief sessions with the Hiring Manager regarding the cultural fit of the candidates with the organization and role. </li></ul><ul><li>Organizing client – candidate interviews. </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinating final interviews, managing offer negotiation and gather feedback on the collaboration . </li></ul>

The circumplex – Life Styles Inventory (I) <ul><li>The circular profile offers a valid and reliable method to measure the personal values and thinking styles guiding a person’s behavior, interaction with others and approach to work. TalentStream uses this psychometric instrument to investigate the Candidate’s potential fit with the organizational culture and the personal values and leadership style of their future Manager. </li></ul><ul><li>The thinking and behavioral styles reflect the personal orientation as follows: </li></ul><ul><li>The upper half styles characterize self-enhancing thinking and behavior that reflect the ability to work effectively with people and proficiency at accomplishing tasks. </li></ul><ul><li>The lower half styles characterize self-protecting and self-promoting thinking and behavior that promote the fulfillment of security needs. </li></ul><ul><li>The right side styles reflect people orientation. </li></ul><ul><li>The left side styles reflect task orientation. </li></ul>Research and Development by Robert A.
