  • Good morning everyone, I have created a website for premadasa group of company. This presentation is going to be described the purpose, content and design of the premadasapvt ltd website.
  • Goal for this usability test was to provide a list of findings and recommendations to improve the usability of PremadasaPvt LtdBackground is PremadasaPvt Ltd website presented with a set of features to test, and addressed most of the requested issues,  The test had been asked to assess PremadasaPvt Ltd website's ease of use in the following  Creating a membership formNavigating through the websiteMake a bookingGetting an quoteTest format - The complete test for each test participant involved the following activitiesWalkthrough—to test the website, we invited sample test participants to complete the test scenariosPilot test—after enlightening the test scenarios and questionnaires, conducted a pilot test under authentic test conditions to make sure the revisions had corrected all critical problems with the test.
  • 6 users have been selected, who met requirements of having basic computer experience, including keyboarding skills, Windows experience, and the ability to access and navigate a Web browser.
  • Pre test questionnaire - To qualify test participants, a series of questions have been designed to collect information and to assess their level of computer and Internet experience. Post-task questionnaires The questionnaire was designed to capture feedback about website tasks while the test participant's memory was fresh. The questionnaires asked test participants to rate the ease or difficulty of the tasks. Post-test questionnairea questionnaire designed to capture their general opinions about Premadasa group website. Post-test interviewthe questionnaire and asked the test participant to explain some of the responses.
  • Re-designed it and re-located the form. After that test it again and it worked properly with better speed. The problem was server configurations. Re-start the web server and did essential configuration and problem solved. Remove all the pictures and re-upload the pictures. It was successful.

All most all users were able to complete the all tasks successfully, and most test participants offered up positive comments about website along with their criticisms.
