1. 1. Sheena Caprice Taking “Success” to the next level!
 2. 2. Who am I

If I had to choose one word to describe me, it would be “ReZealent”. Yes, yes I know this isn’t an “actual” word but let me take a minute to explain why this word embodies Who I Am. The word ReZealent contains two words; Resilient and Zeal. A person that is resilient is marked by ability to recover readily, or capable of returning to an original shape or position. In more laymen’s terms, it is the ability to “bounce back” or keep trying after an unfortunate occurrence. The word “Zeal” explicates the derivation of my resilience. Zeal is the enthusiastic devotion to a cause, ideal or goal and tireless diligence in its furtherance. It is my inner Zeal that fuels my passion for the next step, and my Resilience gets me to my destination despite obstacles I may face. Kimora Lee might have Fabulosity , but Sheena Caprice has ReZealence!

Hospitality Management

During my studies at Rosen School of Hospitality Management, I’ve learned about consumer behavior and how businesses benefit from being customer-oriented even if they are not a part of the “Service Industry”. It is inevitable for an increasing number of corporations to redirect their operational initiatives or sales approaches to being more customer-centered. This aids in their attempt to maintain a competitive edge in a saturated market. Today’s customer has higher expectations. My undergraduate courses equipped me with an understanding of what it takes to exceed those customer’s expectations!
