  4. 4. Services  Maria Montessori theory of teaching Taught whole language skills through music and story book activities. Maximum nutritional benefits are provided by hosting homemade meals.
  5. 5. Communication Errors  Minimal training offered to new faculty and staff concerning child abuse.  Lack of consistency in training policies and procedures.

  14. 14. Recommendation #3 Flying Colors should adapt NACCRA’s recommendations as this would further increase the standards in place. For example instead of placing staff immediately in the classroom they should at least receive the minimum of 40 hours of training.
