13. Recommendation #2
Teachers/staff members should not
have to notify management when they
are reporting a suspected child abuse
case. The law states that the person
making the report may remain
anonymous.
14. Recommendation #3
Flying Colors should adapt NACCRA’s
recommendations as this would further
increase the standards in place. For
example instead of placing staff
immediately in the classroom they
should at least receive the minimum of
40 hours of training.
