“ Call Me Trimtab ” Buckminister Fuller Architect of Geodesic Domes and Author of Spaceship Earth
A large ship goes by, and then comes the rudder.
On the edge of the rudder is a miniature rudder called a trim-tab. Moving the trim-tab builds low pressure that turns the rudder that steers the gigantic ship with almost no effort.
One individual could be a trim-tab, making a major difference and in today’s FIRST Kuwait Air Transport Conference – this trimtab of the event is the Director General of Civil Aviation Mr Fawaz al Farah. Let us all greet him with an applause !

Alignment is an Orderly Organic Growth - a systems approach to career development in consonant with vision, mission and goals of the organization and management
Misalignment is a painful barrier to career progress. It creates chaos and anarchy with the wrong person at the helm of company hierarchy. A sort of a square peg in a round hole. Only a big L at the top but no scope for the small ‘ l ’ in the middle and the bottom levels of management. Succession planning and management grooming is the missing ingredient
