Mr. P.S.P. <ul><li>35 Yrs Male </li></ul><ul><li>Recently diagnosed case of Hemophilia </li></ul><ul><li>Rt Renal calculi for which DJ stenting done </li></ul><ul><li>Following DJ stenting patient presented with persistent moderate Hematuria </li></ul><ul><li>Falling Hb </li></ul><ul><li>USG & Doppler W/A : showed a large pseudoaneurysm along the lower pole renal artery branch. </li></ul><ul><li>Another small pseudoaneurysm along the midpole region </li></ul><ul><li>Urology consultation taken, advised Factor 8 & observation </li></ul><ul><li>Even after 5 days of observation persistent Hematuria noted </li></ul><ul><li>Emergency call for Interventional Radiology Dept for Angio & SOS embolisation </li></ul>
