  • 2. Taking It Global: As we move towards a global community, connecting students with the world outside the classroom provides wonderful learning opportunities. Join us as we explore the world of collaborative student projects that promote 21st century literacy skills. We’ll look at why they are important, ideas for cross-curricular projects, how to begin and conquer the obstacles and the many tools available to connect between classrooms. At the end, we’ll take a bit of time and share some ideas that you might have. Who knows, maybe we’ll play matchmaker!
