Leading a school is time consuming, stressful, and challenging. Running a school is time consuming, stressful, challenging and enjoyable. Educational leaders can incorporate the Ways of Knowing Through the Realms of Meaning (Kritsonis, 2007) in creating a strategic plan.___________________________________________________________________ 43
