Where Have We Been? Spring 2007: Leadership Round Tables that identified 3 primary areas to develop: Welcoming Community Communication Governance and Training These discussions pointed us to the priority of ‘Becoming Good Neighbours’ in the physical regions where we have relationships. local & personal (where we live & work) congregational (where our congregation is located) global (where we have partner relationships)
