service provided with “Before” and “After” pictures -

• For Unlined Ductwork
▫ Cut access holes approximately every 20 feet to maintain
sufficient negative pressure.
▫ Utilize an agitation device to push the debris towards a HEPA
Filtered Negative Machine (Collection Device).
▫ Clean all inline terminal boxes.
▫ In conjunction with use of the agitation device contact vacuum
with a high-powered HEPA-Vacuum.
▫ Wash all diffusers and grilles.
• Air Handler Units
▫ Coils will be contact vacuumed
▫ Coil cleaner will be applied
▫ Coils will be rinsed and flushed
Repeat as necessary
▫ HEPA Vacuum and hand-wipe with biodegradable
degreaser all components of AHU.
• For internally lined ductwork.
▫ Take steps to ensure the insulation is not
▫ Use of agitation devices rare for fear of damaging
insulation – primarily contact vacuum.
▫ After through cleaning apply EPA Registered
encapsulate to rebind insulation.
• Additional Steps for fire restoration projects.
▫ After through cleaning apply “Unsoot #1” sealant
to unlined ductwork for any residual soot
▫ For lined ductwork also apply
▫ Fiberlock IAQ 8500.
