  3. 3. How are those skills different from past requirements <ul><li>They differ in the way that they reflect more personal skills than technical ones </li></ul><ul><li>One job can be done very differently (and so the results vary) whether you have a good personality or good technique </li></ul>

How will you learn those skills? <ul><li>Becoming a connector is about building (and keeping) relationships </li></ul><ul><li>During a conference with other companies, I would start by asking their business cards to all the people I met </li></ul><ul><li>I would ask my colleagues to introduce me to some people </li></ul><ul><li>For shy people, theater can be a help </li></ul>
