The PMP operates as an integral part of Bell Mobility’s
Market Analysis and Intelligence (MAI) Department. MAI
is engaged in evaluating the competitive landscape,
identifying profitable market opportunities, and optimizing
business operations in the telecommunications industry.
This helps Bell maintain their position as a market leader.
Founded by a Harvard Alumnus, the PMP has seen
tremendous growth attributed to its participants’
entrepreneurial drive. Providing Associates with a holistic
approach to learning, the PMP promotes cross-functional
engagements and individual achievement.
A commitment to learning, teamwork, transparency and
inclusiveness are the core principals of the PMP. Associates
come from a variety of backgrounds, and all demonstrate
the ability to think analytically and operate constructively.
Associates actively discuss new ideas and solutions while
working to build the program and better themselves.

IS THE PMP RIGHT FOR YOU?
The PMP encourages applicants who seek to benefit from
and contribute to a professional experience. Ideal qualities for
prospective associates include:
• a positive attitude, highly motivated, organized, and outgoing
• a passion for learning
• sound analytic capabilities
• an ability to work effectively in a team environment
• adaptability to an ever changing environment
The PMP is suited for students in their final year of post-secondary
or graduate studies, to recent grads with a few years of experience.
To maximize the Associate’s overall experience, the Program
requests a minimum investment of 24 hours a week. Most
Associates tend to commit more within the week to contribute to
robust and dynamic projects. The PMP accommodates participants’
busy schedules by allowing them to specify their availability each
week to ensure their involvement with the program.
