What is Yammer?<br />A microbloggingservice for businesses<br />Based around the question: “What are you working on?”<br />Allows users to connect and share with people in their company or organization.<br />Aims to improve workforce productivity, connect a geographically dispersed team, and increase the flow of content and knowledge. <br />Founders believe “email and IM fall short of providing the central communication hub necessary to optimize workforce productivity.”<br />
