  • 2. The story of Stonehenge
    • Stonehenge is a monument made more than 2,000 years BC and is located in England. They say the work was done to enable the observation of astronomical phenomena.
  • 3. The mystery of Stonehenge
    • The mystery that people never reveal is how, why Stonehenge was built and who built it, with each stone weighing approximately 25 tons and were transported by around 19km for England.
  • 4. Possible explanations: How Stonehenge was built ?
    • The men who built the Stonehenge using very simple techniques using only their hands
  • 5. Why Stonehenge was built?
    • Some scholars believe the monument as a ritual memorial ritual, others, like the astronomical observatory of a religion, to calculate the station, to see eclipses, etc. Says that it was used as a calculator of stone and the work was done to enable the observation of astronomical phenomena.
  • 6. Who built it?
    • No one knows who built Stonehenge, and the popular theory that would have been the druids today rejected because the monument was completed 1 000 years before the druids take power. However, the archaeologists noted the almost complete absence of garbage on the spot and that is an indicator that the site was sacred ground
  • 7. Personal opinion
    • I think that Stonehenge was built to people look the stars, the sky, the moon, etc. And it was a astronomical observatory. I think that it was built with a machine that people of the time reversed to carry very heavy things
