  • 17. The role of the matcher is to ensure the growth in the Measure of Success of AIESEC by matching the needs of organizations with the needs of AIESEC members. He or she manages the eXchange supply and demand, is responsible for overall DELIVERY and acts as the communication channel between EPs and TN takers.
