    • My name is Angela Powers
    • I started school in 1987 in Honolulu, Hawaii.
    • I graduated from high school in 2000 in Honolulu, Hawaii.
    • I first went to college at Honolulu Community College in 2002.
    • I teach Mathematics at McKinley High School.
  • 3. My Definition of Educational Technology The use of various technological devices to aid in the use of teaching students effectively.

  • 5. Kindergarten Technology
    • Didn’t have computers in the classroom.
    • We had a television and VCR that we watched videos on for class.
  • 6. High School Technology
    • We had a computer lab for students to use.
    • Teachers had a computer in the classroom.
    • Teachers used calculators, programs, and projectors to teach students.
  • 7. College Technology
    • We had various computer labs on campus for students to use.
    • We were required to purchase a laptop to use in our classes.
    • Teachers used projectors when teaching lessons.
  • 8. A Technology I Want to Use in my Classroom
