    Excellent, politician in Puerto Rico need to receive the presentation because the BAD ECONOMICS and the self interest are not the same as the workers. Thanks HIRAM, San Juan, PUERTO RICO

    You are right - it is just as important, and from my perspective, hundreds of times more challenging to implement great employee motivation. My other deck has a little bit in it (albeit very simple) on what leader’s need to do to implement this. See 4 Drives A Simple Story of Employee Motivation.

    Of course, I’ll keep working at giving more information on not just the why, but the how. Thanks!
