  2. 2. Will Smith <ul><li>Will Smith was born on September 25, 1968. </li></ul><ul><li>Born and raised in West Philadelphia and German town in Northwest Philadelphia. </li></ul><ul><li>He is an American actor, film producer, and a Rapper. </li></ul>

Background <ul><li>He went to Overbrook High school in West Philadelphia. </li></ul><ul><li>He had very high SAT scores and turned down a scholarship From MIT. </li></ul><ul><li>He was a rapper and was nearly bankrupt in 1990. </li></ul><ul><li>That’s when they signed him a network contract for the sitcom, the fresh prince of Bel-Air. </li></ul>

Accomplishments <ul><li>After the fresh prince of Bel-Air Will Smith went solo in the music business while starring in the movies Independence day, and Men In Black. </li></ul><ul><li>He was awarded an academy award for best actor for the film Ali and an Oscar for best actor for pursuit of happyness. </li></ul>
