  • 1. Made by: Allisha Zilverberg, Nada Bulthuis, Kim Spiegelenberg, Jeffrey Bosch, Ilker Cayraz, Stijn Tabor.
  • 2. What is the problem?
    • Because the icecap melt in Greenland and Antarctica the sea level will rise and some of the world will flood over. Then will flood the harvest and the people have to move ,the rich countries will survive bud the poor countries not. Then will the gap between rich and poor be bigger. There will be a lot of homeless because many houses will flood over and when people die there spread more diseases including the flu.
  • 3. Solution: The icecaps
    • Because there comes more Co² in the air, because we chop forests ,which means there comes more Co² free, then the icecaps melt and the sea level rises. Because of that we need more dikes, if not, the land will flood. If that happends, the food will flow with the water, the rich people can easily buy new food, but the poor people cannot do that. When the poor people will steal food from the rich people, when that happends there is a big chance of war If we produce less Co² and lower the enhanced greenhouse effect, we can ensure that the temperature on earth will lower, which means the icecaps cannot melt. We could use as example : a bike to transport to close places, recycle our garbage or a car using green energy.
  • 4. Solution: Clean water
    • In poor countries they often do not have clean drinking water. When it’ll less rain on some places, dry places will appear, if the poor countries are surrounded by dry places, they cannot find drinking water. And they have to go get water out a river, which is almost always dirty or dried up. A solution for this could be graving holes or water pools, or construct sewerages with help from richer countries.
  • 5. Solution : homeless .
    • For example rich countries should offer money to the poor countries so that they can make new houses and start small scale projects. For school a better education so people get a better job. They have to check if the people spent the money well.
  • 6. Solution: Flu Epidemics
    • If the country overflows there comes more flu in the flooded area’s , because if there come more deadly bacteria there will spread more diseases, including the flu. So we have to make sure that the dead people immediately be removed from the water and been buried and then clean the water with help of the rich countries. The rich countries can help with giving medicine to the flooded area’s to combat diseases that can by sending doctors and other auxilliaries over there.
  • 7. Solution : Gap between poor and rich.
    • To tackle the gap between poor and rich countries we must to find a balance . The rich countries could help the poor countries with projects and learn people how to handle machines and how to build a house. The rich country could help with finding an another revenune source to make more money, because the revenue source from today is not enough.
