    • STEP TWO: Color the map!

    • Copy the Key/legend onto your map.
    • Then draw in the resource symbols and land. Use the colors in the correct regions.
    • Be sure to include the appropriate title on your map.

    • Use the atlas and choose to create a map of one of the following:

      • Gross Domestic Product
      • Climate
      • Annual Precipitation
      • Vegetation
      • Environmental Issues
