    • To elaborate a project for the production of an ecological disinfectant directed to strengthen the companies that conform the tourist sector in the North area of Costa Rica mainly the hotel sector, considering La Fortuna (Area of tourist development) as the target market.
    • The creation of natural products that protect the environment and that serve to the tourist companies as an instrument that helps to the categorization and certification of tourist companies.

    • Why ECO?
    • Because it is an ecological product. That means the ingredients are 100% organic.
    • That’s why ECOCLEANER is an “eco-friendly product” .
    • It helps to preserve the ecology and the environment.
    • Why CLEANER?
    • This word had been used because it is a cleaning product, it is a disinfectant and the function of the disinfectants is to clean, for this reason cleaner is part of the name of the product.
    • It is a natural product effective for the disinfection, cleaning and aromatization of washable surfaces.
    • The product formula is based on beneficent microorganisms (EM) that confers germicidal properties, fungicides, and “virucidas”, having this formulates a great disinfection.

    • ECOCLEANER cleans washable surface like bathrooms, floors, toilet and some others.

    • ECOCLEANER disinfects and eliminates every bacteria in each corner of your place.

    • ECOCLEANER acts putting a nice smells in washable surfaces. Eliminating bad smells.

    • What do they want when they use a disinfectant? Factors like the smell, color, and the presentation of the product. Those were the principal aspects that people consider in order to buy a disinfectant.

    • During the marketing research, we determinate that the kind of segmentation must be by
    • Niches of Market.
    • Because they had different characteristics but the same needs like aspects of sanitation and disinfection.

    • Our target market is going to cover Fortuna area, we going to distribute our product in Fortuna’s hotels.
    • We select that area because of the tourism, and the “Certification Program” of ICT for the tourist sector.
