Open Windows Mail Program

Open the “Tools” menu

Choose “Accounts”

Click the “Add” button

Select “E-mail Account”

Click “Next”

Fill in the name that want displayed as the sender of your email

Click Next

Enter your email address

Click “Next”

Fill in the POP3 server address furnished by your email service provider

Fill in the SMTP server address furnished by your email service provider

If your service requires authentication of outgoing mail (likely), check the box

If you need help, try this link (on your computer)

Click “Next”

Enter your user name (Name only, without @server.com)

Enter your password and put a check by “Remember password”

Click “Next”

Click “Finish”
