  2. 2. <ul><li>Be polite: Do not be abusive to others. Always use appropriate language. Profanity, vulgarity or other inappropriate language are forbidden. Illegal activities are strictly forbidden. (On-line Poker etc.) </li></ul>
  3. 3. <ul><li>Documents may not include a student’s or employee’s social security number or any other personally identifiable information that may lead to the identity of one’s self or others. No addresses or phone numbers. </li></ul>
  4. 4. <ul><li>No student pictures (video or still) audio clips, personal information or original student work will be published by the district or an employee of the district without permission from the student’s parent or guardian. </li></ul>
  5. 5. <ul><li>Electronic mail is not guaranteed to be private. System operators have access to all mail. Messages relating to or in support of illegal or inappropriate activities will be reported to the appropriate authorities. </li></ul>
